Bruce Funk's hearing with the State Records Committee starts at 8:45 a.m. tomorrow and mine is scheduled right after his at 10:30. The hearings will be held at:
State Archives Building,
Training Room
346 S. Rio Grande (450 West)
Salt Lake City
In Funk vs. Emery, Bruce Funk is requesting copies of all digital and tape recordings of public and executive sessions of the Emery County Commission meetings of March 27, 2006 and March 31, 2006.
In Straight (Utah C.L.E.A.R.) vs Lt. Governor's Office, Joycelynn Straight is requesting a copy, at no charge, of the statewide voter registration database as it existed on April 14, 2006, or, at the very least, a reasonably priced copy of all data in that database that is public record.

Due to a change in Utah law, it is possible to apply to have your voter registration record made permanantly private.I will be visiting your site for more awesome info soon.
